HW Incinerator

The CV and GG series are small pyrolysis incinerators for the incineration of solid and liquid hazardous waste. They are some of the most common, most environmentally friendly and highly reliable incineration units. The incinerators were developed and manufactured by Liechtenstein company HOVAL, which is one of the most important European manufacturers of thermal technology.

The main advantages of the CV and GG incinerators are:

• perfect waste incineration
• sterile ash (volume reduction by approx. 90 %, weight reduction by approx. 70 %)
• complete and perfect combustion of pyrolysis gas
• use of energy from incinerated waste to produce warm water, hot water, steam, or to heat thermal oil
• hydraulic feeding of waste into the chamber and ash removal
• central control and automatic regulation of the incineration process
• reliability
• economic operation
• variability in location and speed of installation

These advantages have been gained through many years of operational experience, especially in the disposal of hospital waste.

The CV and GG incinerators are operated in many countries around the world, including the Czech Republic. After 2000, the production was gradually terminated due to the political and social climate.

The HW Incinerator platform was created by merging company TURBION with the original supplier of incinerators for the Czech and Slovak Republics. The need to keep the existing incineration units in operation through the production of spare parts gradually resulted in the production of entire modernized incinerators.
